The rooms were clean and well-organized and the restaurant offers a great spot for a delicious dinner.

Great way to end our weekend. Everything there were perfect, including good modern facilities. Incredible location and savoury and delicious breakfast with many choices.

The location was unbeatable and wonderful, close enough to the theme parks and the water parks, transport between the various parks given the main reason for staying at Lapita and restaurant, in a central area. There was a poolside restaurant nearby.

It was great that a Wheelchair Accessible room with very clean toilets and twin beds was easy to get. the hotel's location next door to Dubai Parks was convenient. - the room had nice amenities like an electric kettle and a fridge.

Beautiful and convenient hotel in an unbeatable position to the park entrance. Lots of great food for meals. Welcoming stuff on reception and elsewhere. Early check-in and late check-out, parking onsite.

This place is super clean and has awesome facilities. the staff here are really helpful and will go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay.

That park tickets are not mentioned in the reservation. Paying for rooms and parks differently is very expensive.

Not clean everywhere: Balconies have not been cleaned since the construction, there are traces of cement and floors are dirty. Restaurants: Not all of them are open.

The rooms are well-organized and maintained at a high standard. They come equipped with a fridge, perfect for keeping drinks cold. 🥤 Plus, the hearty breakfasts served here are a hit with guests. the pool is a nice spot to cool off, and you can't beat the magnificent location right next to the lake.

The breakfast was large with waffles and pancakes, for instance and attention to detail.

We stayed here over the weekend with our kids and wished we could have extended our stay because everything was just perfect.

The hotel is beautiful, the room overlooking the pool is spacious and well decorated, the pools are large and tops!

The service is not up to the standard of this type of establishment: room not cleaned on the 2nd day of the stay (it was necessary to call the reception to ask for housekeeping), toiletries-tea/coffee not properly renewed every day, cups not changed after use, staff not necessarily friendly, especially at breakfast and during check-out.

The units are high standard and new-fashioned. the breakfast is reasonably good and served by a fantastic chef. the location in Dubai is great, close to waterpark, Legoland, Motiongate, Bollywood Parks.
